sunday yin time change

Sunday Yin is moving to 430pm for the Fall & Winter. Darker out earlier, Yin earlier. Longer summer days made sense to have a later Yin class- making the most of daylight. Now, not so much. Darker earlier, home earlier. See you all in the studio.
