Im having surgery next week so im having to make a couple minor changes to the schedule.
thursday (July 23) 9am Fusion, and Sunday (July 26) 530 Yin are cancelled this week. Great news being that those are the only classes cancelled. Next week, even though Ill be gone, all classes are covered by the lovely Ashlyn. normal schedule. You wont see me but yoga will be happening per usual, uninterrupted.
the online schedule is updated so its all there. I hope you enjoy ashlyn (you will), and thank you Ashlyn for stepping in and helping out. I hate cancelling classes so me not having to do that makes this time away for me easier to be okay with.
If you all need anything, Ill be reachable by email while im recovering. Have a good week. Ashlyn will be teaching monday through friday. Ill be bruised and tender but i will be back to teach next weekend. see you then.
