industry group + outreach

Hello all!

I head a therapeutic outreach for sex industry veterans/current workers. As many of you know (now you do if you didn’t)- this was the industry I was involved in for a decade before I moved here to Ellensburg to teach yoga. Without this industry, I would not be who I am/ where I am, or have what I have (including this studio).

Im putting this post up so folks, friends of folks, anyone that knows someone that is looking for alliance can reach out. Yoga is mind body connection and a practice that has been proven to be effective as a tool in therapy. Over the years, with programs like Yoga Behind Bars and this outreach- Ive concentrated my efforts on giving back and bringing yoga to populations that are especially stigmatized and ostracized. I feel extremely lucky to finally be in a position in my life where I am able to do this.
